1. Pricing & Order Policy
1.1 Retail Orders (B2C – Single Pack)
  • Products are sold individually unless stated otherwise.
  • Single packs are intended for personal or home use.
1.2 Wholesale Orders (B2B – Full Box)
  • Wholesale pricing applies only to full box purchases.
  • The number of pieces per box is clearly stated on each product page (e.g., “1 Box = 24 packs”).
  • Discounts apply only when purchasing the complete box quantity.
  • Partial box purchases do not qualify for wholesale pricing.
  • Full boxes are intended for businesses, offices, or bulk buyers.
1.3 Pricing & Currency
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Currency conversion may apply for international customers at checkout.
1.4 Order Processing
  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may vary depending on product availability and shipping method.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders may require additional processing time.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.

Storepointer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Other reasonable circumstances

Customers should always review the product page for:

  • Box quantity
  • Eligible shipping destinations
  • Delivery timelines

2. Payment Methods & Fees

Storepointer accepts the following payment methods:

2.1 Card Payments (via Stripe)
  • Visa and Mastercard
  • Supported debit cards
  • All payments are processed securely and encrypted
  • Transactions are charged in AUD
  • Currency conversion fees may apply depending on the customer’s bank or card provider
2.2 Bank Transfer
  • Available where offered for specific orders
  • Payment must be made in the specified currency after order booking
  • Bank account details and exact payable amount are provided after order placement
  • Customers are responsible for bank charges, transfer fees, and intermediary bank fees
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received and cleared
2.3 Additional Payment Terms
  • All payments must be completed in full before order processing
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method in AUD
  • The following fees may not be refundable:
    • Bank fees
    • Stripe processing fees
    • Currency conversion fees
    • Cross-border transaction charges
  • Storepointer is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or international transfer processing times
2.4 Shipping & Website Service Fees
  • $10 shipping/handling fee per store, unless otherwise stated.
  • Ordering multiple items from the same store incurs only one $10 shipping fee per store.
  • Orders from multiple stores: $10 fee applies per store.
  • 2% website service fee is charged separately from the $10 shipping fee.
  • The 2% fee is calculated on the total order value (before taxes and shipping) and applies to all orders processed through the website.
  • Fees for wholesale or large orders may be discussed individually.

Order Logic:

  • If a customer orders from the same store, only one $10 shipping fee is charged for that store.
  • If a customer orders from multiple stores, shipping fees are charged per store.
  • Customers can see all products from a store by selecting a product and checking the Shop Information section under the product description.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

3.1 Shipping Methods
  • Air Express (DHL / FedEx)
  • Standard Air Cargo
  • Sea Freight
3.2 Estimated Delivery Times
  • Air Express: 10–15 business days
  • Sea Freight: 30–45 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched to the carrier, unless required otherwise under applicable consumer protection laws.

3.3 Shipping Restrictions
  • Some products may ship only to Bhutan and India.
  • International shipping is available only where explicitly indicated.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local import regulations.
3.4 Important Notes
  • Delays due to customs, international logistics, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Storepointer’s control.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders may require additional handling time.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
4.1 Retail Orders (Single Pack – B2C)
  • Returns or refunds are eligible if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging for non-damaged returns.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
4.2 Wholesale Orders (Full Box – B2B)
  • Full box orders are generally non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Partial box returns are not accepted.
  • Damaged or incorrect wholesale orders must be reported within 3 business days of receipt and include supporting photos.
  • Replacement or refund will be issued after verification.
4.3 International Orders
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
  • Delivery delays caused by customs or international shipping do not qualify for refunds.
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations may affect refunded amounts.
4.4 Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Improperly handled items
  • Perishable goods
  • Partial wholesale box returns
4.5 How to Request a Return or Refund

Customers must:

  • Contact Storepointer Support via email or contact form
  • Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return or refund
    • Photos (if applicable)
  • Wait for confirmation before returning any items
